Terms of membership
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Phone Flip Club at phoneflipclub.co.uk ("we", "the club"). By creating an account or joining, you agree to them. Contact: hello@phoneflipclub.co.uk.
Phone Flip Club is run by Deanleigh Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14533654), registered office First Floor Unit 12, Compass Point, Ensign Way, Hamble, Southampton, Hampshire, SO31 4RA.
What the club is
Phone Flip Club is a deal-sourcing information service. We find second-hand phones listed on marketplaces with buyer protection (such as eBay and Vinted) for less than UK recyclers typically pay, scan the listings for red flags, and estimate the profit. We don't buy, sell, see or handle any phone, and we're not affiliated with any marketplace, seller or recycler.
No guarantee of profit
Profit figures are estimates based on realistic recycler payouts before inspection. Recyclers inspect every phone and can lower their offer; listings sell quickly; sellers can misdescribe items. You decide what to buy and you buy directly from the seller, on the marketplace's terms. Check every phone yourself (iCloud/Google account removed, IMEI not blacklisted, condition as described) and pay through the marketplace so you keep its buyer protection. We're not responsible for any listing, seller, recycler, or the outcome of any purchase or sale.
Accounts
- A free account shows deals and their estimated profit; the listings themselves unlock with membership.
- Membership is for you personally. Don't share or republish deal links or details. We may close accounts that do.
- You must be 18 or over to join.
Price and billing
- Membership is a subscription, paid either monthly (£9.99 a month) or yearly (£59 a year). It is charged in advance through Stripe and renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
- Prices include VAT where it applies. The price you pay is shown before you pay.
- If we ever change the price of an existing membership, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the "Subscription" link on the deals page (or email us). You keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. When you join, you ask us to give you access straight away. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Referrals
- Anyone with an account gets a personal link. A friend who joins through it gets £5 off their first month, or £10 off their first year.
- You earn account credit worth 25% of each payment your friend makes, for as long as you both have accounts. For a monthly friend, credit starts from their second payment. For a yearly friend, it's added 14 days after they pay.
- Credit comes off your next membership bill automatically. The credit waiting on your account can't be more than one of your own bills; anything over that isn't carried forward. If you don't have a membership yet, it waits until you join with the same email. Credit has no cash value and can't be transferred.
- You can't refer yourself or a second account of your own, and you mustn't use spam, paid ads on our brand name, or misleading claims (including promises of profit). When you share your link, say that you get credit if someone joins.
- We may withhold or remove credit gained through misuse, and we may change or end the scheme with notice. Credit already on your account stays.
Changes to the service
The number of deals varies day to day and some days there may be none. We may change how the service works, and we'll tell members by email about any change that materially affects them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you've paid in the previous three months, and we're not liable for losses from buying or selling any phone.
